Safe Choices™ Staff Training
This multimedia training combination gives managers a full year of training for their staff. This training starts with the 28-minute movie, No Small Consequence. Managers follow the movie by facilitating an open discussion with their staff members. The discussion is reinforced by a Manager’s facilitator guide, staff guides, and a 25-minute “Producer’s Commentary” of the movie. The 25-minute “Producer’s Commentary” explains how staff should interpret the actions of those in the movie. Expectations are reinforced by the staff viewing six bi-monthly video vignettes.

Online Training
Designed as a companion for the Just Culture for Managers™ training. This multi-media tool discusses the
subjects of manageable behaviors, employee duties and other principles of a Just Culture. The training for managers takes approximately four hours. This tool can be taken at once, or in 15 to 20 minute sections.
It’s your choice. A workbook is included with each training purchase. A copy of the Just Culture
Algorithm 3.0 also included in the manager’s purchase.

Interactive Algorithm
The Interactive Algorithm takes you step by step through the Just Culture Algorithm. By answering
questions when prompted, the manager will be able to give a narrative of the event, easily navigate
through the algorithm questions and describe their plan of action. Upon completion of the session,
a PDF is created with all of the information, including a “highlighted” copy of the algorithm showing
the pathway. This copy can then be used in discussions with the employee as it allows a space for their
comments and signature. If necessary, it can be used as a part of their human resources file. This
easy to use program helps ensure consistency of management actions.
