Public Course
A one-and-half day course, the training provides executives and managers with the initial skills to
implement a Just Culture within their organization. Course participants are given an in-depth look
at the Three Duties, the Three Behaviors, and the Just Culture Algorithm. The course includes question
and answer sessions and group participation activities using real-life scenarios. The Public Course is
held twice per year in Dallas, Texas. Many organizations have found it useful to send a team to this
training, including representatives from executive management, human resources, and risk/safety. To aid
in this endeavor, group discounts are available.

Onsite Training
Instructor-lead training is an effective way to implement a Just Culture among the management team in
your organization. Outcome Engineering provides well-trained, cross-industry instructors to help your
team understand what a Just Culture is, how to identify risks in your organization, and how to bring
about a cultural change. To optimize the benefits of this service, onsite training is used in conjunction
with a training manual and online training. We also offer a “train the trainer” program either at your
location or in our Dallas offices.
