What is the Just Culture Community?
The Just Culture Community was formed with the help of our partners in healthcare and aviation who desired to be part of a
community, and to combine resources to allow for the development of increasing better methods and tools.
The community assists organizations in developing open, fair, and just cultures that are supportive of system safety
by facilitating open communication within the organization, while working within a system of accountability that

Who is Outcome Engineering?
Outcome Engineering (OE) is a Dallas, Texas based risk management firm with a wide reach across aviation, aerospace,
healthcare, and other high-risk industries. Outcome Engineering exists to help our industry, healthcare, and
government customers control the hazards of human and organizational error. In 2005, OE launched the Just Culture
Community. As curators of the community, OE monitors the site content and continually provides new products and
tools to help organizations on their journey. OE also provides consulting services for onsite training of managers,
staff, or train-the-trainer options.
Registration
Why do I need to register?
All users of online tools, such as the Interactive Algorithm and Online Training, must create an individual user account
with the Just Culture Community. This unique account will allow you to track your training progress, print training certificates,
access saved algorithm records, and use the community forum. Registering with the Just Culture Community DOES NOT signify
agreement with views or opinions expressed in the newsletter, on the forum, or any other means of communication.
I have a corporate code. How do I use it?
If your organization has given you a 4-8 digit corporate code, you can use this to add certain assigned products to your
account after registration. After registering your individual user account, you will be given the option of entering
any license keys or a corporate code that you may have. This will add any products that your organization
has purchased, such as online training or the Interactive Algorithm, to your individual account.
Using Your Product
What is a product license key?
A license key is in the form of:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
If you purchased a training product, this key can be found on the back of the training workbook.
For electronic products, such as the Interactive Algorithm, this key was sent electronically to the purchaser.
If you were the purchaser, you can find the key by clicking on the associated order on the "My Account" page.
I have a product license key. How do I use it?
After creating your user account, you will have the option of entering any product license codes you may have. This
will add the products to your account so that you can begin using them immediately. To add a product to your account
