End User License Agreement

- Access to this site is granted through this license agreement.
- Access to the site is granted via an account registration, providing access to the newsletter, online store, forum, and other documents.
- This license is perpetual in that a licensee may continue to use any materials downloaded from the site, even after any subscriptions have lapsed. A licensee must, however, continue to protect the copyright of these materials beyond lapse of their subscription.
- Methods and materials provided on this site are copyrighted, and may only be reproduced or altered with expressed written consent from Outcome Engineering, LLC.
- Methods and materials provided on this site may not be resold, or provided to other organizations or individuals. Licensees agree that they will not use any Just Culture Community concepts, methods, or tools as a basis for any commercial or non-commmercial offering provided by the licensee.
- Members are not allowed to use inappropriate or abusive language, make inappropriate requests, or advertise or promote their services within the interactive forum. The forum moderator can, at their sole discretion, revoke the membership of any person violating these provisions.
- The Just Culture Community reserves the right to deny membership to individuals whose participation is inconsistent within the mission of the Just Culture Community. Note that this Community is for organizations and professional groups who are on the Just Culture journey – NOT for journalists or researchers who simply want data or information.
It is our objective to continuously update and enhance our Just Culture methods and tools, and to provide these tools as a reasonable price. Protection of the copyright will allow us to continuously improve our methods and tools, providing value to all within the community.
